Mills Pasta Bake



  • Roto chicken or a good amount of cooked, diced up chicken (salt, pepper, italian if you gonna cook before)
  • Bacon (1/2 pack or full pack)
  • Broccoli
  • Pasta (any type works but Farfale goes well)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Couple cloves of garlic


  1. Boil water and get pasta cooking according to directions on box in it’s own pan while you do the rest
  2. Cook bacon on med-high in cast-iron skillet
  3. Remove bacon and put aside on a pan (leave all grease in skillet and burner on)
  4. Toss broccoli in (should take a few mins to cook)
  5. Remove broccoli and put aside
  6. Throw in a stick of butter and garlic
  7. Whisk in flour and milk until you get the sauce to a nice consistency
  8. Throw in some cheese, mix around
  9. After you feel good about sauce - toss everything back in pan including cooked pasta
  10. Mix around like crazy
  11. Top a ton of cheese on top
  12. Broil in oven for 5 mins on like 520 or so until cheese is melted/kinda burnt on top
